So I called to request a refund and am waiting I had a lot of faith in this company until the under explained process. If I’m going to do the foot work myself there is no need for this service. I’m not sure about this service I would not recommend because of the unexplained rules and extra fees. Get down there only for them to tell me they don’t work with Fedex and that I would have to complete paperwork and get a money order to send and they will seal it there they cannot give me back documents that are not sealed.on top of that I had to get money orders for my self and my husband totaling another 500$.
I call the nearest one (us post office)they don’t have an appointment I ended up getting an appointment and having to drive one hour and a half to the closest post office with an available appointment. I also asked her if when we got the documents verified would w e have to mail them from the post office or come back to the FedEx facility and she told me to return back to the FedEx facility.
One of the questions asked was did I need to send a money order or was my payment in full online she said everything is paid for and that I would just need to get documents verified. I asked a million questions to the clearly which she then had to get the instruction book out. I went to my nearest FedEx facility to do the application for Rush passport only to find out that I need to go to the US post office to get documents verified.
